Statement of Work: 
Mary Todd Glaser has specialized in the treatment of art on paper for more than 35 years. Trained at the Institute of Fine Arts at New York University and at the Morgan Library, she has served on the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Conservation. She has worked with all three American training programs in fine arts conservation to provide advanced internships for their graduates. She has tirelessly lectured and let workshops throughout the United States and abroad in China, Russia, the Baltic States, Bulgaria, Cuba, and Panama. Ms. Glaser has written of her broad experiences for numerous professional publications. She has been employed by NEDCC for over twenty years.
